Order and Payment Terms

All custom orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Delivery and Pickup

We provide delivery services within the Houston metropolitan area. Pickup is available at our location during business hours. Delivery fees apply based on distance and order size.

Limitation of Liability

Baking Savvy's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
